陕西天文台控制的长波发射台是授时台兼导航主台,呼号为BPL,因此发射体制要满足授时和导航两方面的要求。其体制与罗兰—C系统基本相同,采用多脉冲相位编码体制。载频为100KHz。该频率地波传播衰减小,而且幅度和相位很稳定,因此可实现远距离高稳定度传输。一、时间划分为了授时目的,只要一个发射台就可以了。但要满足导航要求就必须至少有三个台组成一个“链”,其中一个台叫主台,其余的台叫付台。因为所有发射台的载频相同(100KHz),
