目的探讨涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中垂体瘤转化基因(pituitary tumor transforming gene,PTTG)和原癌基因(Cmyc)表达水平及临床意义。方法 54例涎腺腺样囊性癌患者手术切除的癌组织(观察组)及26例良性病变患者手术切除的正常涎腺组织(对照组),采用免疫组织化学SP法检测2组PTTG及C-myc表达情况。结果观察组PTTG和Cmyc阳性表达率(74.07%,77.78%)高于对照组(19.23%,23.08%)(χ2=21.450,P=0.000;χ2=21.880,P=0.000);观察组PTTG及C-myc阳性表达在TNM分期、肿瘤直径及淋巴结转移上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在患者年龄、性别上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PTTG蛋白阳性表达与C-myc蛋白阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.411,P=0.009)。结论 PTTG和C-myc在腺样囊性癌组织中的表达率与肿瘤发生、发展及转移有关,二者在腺样囊性癌发生、发展过程中起协同作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of pituitary tumor transforming gene (PTTG) and proto-oncogene (Cmyc) in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods 54 cases of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma in patients with surgical resection of the cancer tissue (observation group) and 26 cases of benign lesions resected in normal salivary gland tissue (control group), immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect two groups of PTTG and C -myc expression. Results The positive rates of PTTG and Cmyc in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (74.27%, 77.8%, respectively) (P <0.0001, χ2 = 21.450, P = 0.000) The positive expression of -myc in TNM staging, tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis was significantly different (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in age and sex (P> 0.05). The positive expression of PTTG protein was positively correlated with C-myc Protein positive expression was positively correlated (r = 0.411, P = 0.009). Conclusions The expression rates of PTTG and C-myc in adenoid cystic carcinoma are related to tumorigenesis, development and metastasis. Both of them play a synergistic role in the occurrence and development of adenoid cystic carcinoma.
