初入师行的青年教师经历着一个由学生到教师的角色转换过程,此过程正是其职业人格塑造,专业伦理修养形成的最佳时期。在此过程中专业伦理支持对于他们今后提高教学实践的质量,实现以个性塑造个性的教育价值都有着极其重要的作用。环境、校长、教师集体、榜样都会为角色转换中的青年教师提供专业伦理的支持,从而使他们具有良好的专业伦理修养,并使其在今后的工作中始终保持在一个较高的水平上。
The young teachers entering the teacher’s school experience a process of changing from a student to a teacher. This process is the best period for the formation of professional personality and professional ethics. In this process, professional ethical support plays an extremely important role in improving the quality of teaching practice and realizing the educational value of individualizing personality. The environment, the principal, the group of teachers, and the role models will all provide professional ethics support to young teachers in role-playing so that they will have a good professional ethics and will maintain their professional ethics at a high level in the future.
