根据《福建省人民政府办公厅关于印发培育科技小巨人领军企业行动计划(2016-2020年)的通知》(闽政办〔2016〕18号,以下简称《行动计划》)要求,省科技厅、发改委、经信委、财政厅日前决定组织开展2017年科技小巨人领军企业遴选和认定工作。
