目的：阐明米非司酮配伍来索前列醇终止中期妊娠的安全有效和可接受性，以便推广应用。方法：用相同的服药方案终止83例12~24周的中期及342例≤7周的早期妊娠，比较其临床效果及经过。结果：终止中期及早期妊娠的情况分别为完全流产率89．16％和86．84％，不全流产率6．02％和8．48％，失败率4．82％和4．68％，P＞0．05，两组无显著性差异。结论：来非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止中期妊娠如同终止早期妊娠一样具有安全有效、副作用小和容易接受的优点，可以在临床实践中推广运用。
OBJECTIVE: To demonstrate the safety, efficacy and acceptability of mifepristone in combination with somatropin to terminate mid-term pregnancy in order to promote its application. Methods: The same medication regimen was used to terminate 83 patients with 12 to 24 weeks of metaphase and 342 cases of ≤7 weeks of early pregnancy. The clinical effects and complications were compared. Results: The rates of complete abortion and complete abortion were 89.16% and 86.84%, 6.02% and 8.48% respectively, and the failure rates were 4.82% and 4.68% respectively. P > 0.05, no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions: The combination of misoprostol and misoprostol for termination of second trimester pregnancy is as safe and effective as termination of early pregnancy with small side effects and is easily accepted. It can be used in clinical practice.
