本实验采用了三因素4×2×5析因实验设计,以6名健康男性为被试者,比较了在使用咬嘴及鼻夹(MP+NC)或面罩(MA)条件下,等阻值型联合阻力〔CR(IR=ER)〕负荷2、4、6、8、10min时,呼吸功能的变化。将时间因素的效应视作随机变量,按混合模型对16项呼吸生理变量的数据作4×2×5析因方差分析及相关分析。主要结果:①2~10min期间对呼吸气体流率((?))、口腔压力(P)、呼吸时相时间(T)、潮气量(V_T)、额外呼吸功率((?)等共16项变量的5次采样数据的波动不具显著意义。②在CR(IR=ER)负荷作用下,除引起两相的P、(?)相应升高、(?)降低、T延长以及V_T增加、f减慢变化外;多数情况下还见T_I/T_C随阻值增加,并通过对逐次呼吸T_I/T_C数据的处理得到验证。③使用MA经鼻呼吸条件下,CR(IR-ER)引起的变化除具有与使用MP+NC时基本相同的一面外,还出现由于附加死腔增大以及与呼吸方式有关的反应特点。后者主要表现为在CR阻值较高时,两相P及(?)仍能维持较高水平,(?)、f及T等随阻值降低或延长的程度较使用MP+NC时为轻。使用MA或MP+NC,不影响由类别量表测量呼吸不适感觉之结果。④所涉及的16种呼吸生理变量中,以P、(?)与CR(IR=ER)间的相关关系为最高,在实际工作中可选取P_Imax或口腔(面罩腔)压力波动((?))为客观指标反映CR(IR=ER)的强?
In this study, a three-factor 4 × 2 × 5 factorial experimental design was used. Six healthy male subjects were enrolled in this study.
