目的探讨孤立性纤维性肿瘤(SFT)的病理组织学及免疫组化特点。方法对3例盆腔孤立性纤维性肿瘤病理学分析,用免疫组化方法检测vimentin,CD34,Bcl-2,CD99,CK,SMA,S-100,EMA抗原标记物在肿瘤中的表达情况。结果 3例孤立性纤维性肿瘤光镜下肿瘤细胞由长梭形细胞排列成编织状、束状结构,瘤细胞间有粗细不等的胶原纤维,无特殊的组织构型。免疫组织化学结果Vimentin、CD34、CD99、Bcl-2呈阳性,S-100、EMA、SMA、CK均为阴性。结论 SFT是一组可发生全身各部位形态多样、无特殊组织构型,需与其他梭形细胞肿瘤鉴别,其特殊的免疫表型,有助于本病的诊断。本病多呈良性经过,少数病例具有恶性生物学行为,术后应定期随访。
Objective To investigate the histopathological and immunohistochemical characteristics of solitary fibrous tumor (SFT). Methods Pathological analysis of 3 cases of pelvic solitary fibrous tumor was used to detect the expression of vimentin, CD34, Bcl-2, CD99, CK, SMA, S-100 and EMA antigen in the tumor by immunohistochemistry. Results In 3 cases of solitary fibrous tumor, the tumor cells were arranged into long, spindle-shaped cells in a braided and bundled structure under the light microscope. Collagen fibers of different thicknesses were found between the tumor cells without specific tissue configuration. Immunohistochemical results showed that Vimentin, CD34, CD99 and Bcl-2 were positive, while S-100, EMA, SMA and CK were all negative. Conclusion SFT is a group of various parts of the body can occur in various forms, no special tissue configuration, need to identify with other spindle cell tumors, and its special immune phenotype, contribute to the diagnosis of the disease. The disease is benign after many cases of malignant biological behavior, should be followed up regularly.
