通过理论分析,建立了不同煤岩条件下巷道两帮位移与底鼓的力学模型;运用数值计算软件UDEC模拟了两帮煤体不同强度条件下巷道底板变形破坏特征,结果表明:巷道两帮煤体强度与底鼓量之间成反比关系。在此基础上提出加强回采巷道两帮煤体支护强度控制两帮位移量来减小巷道底鼓量围岩控制思想,现场工业性试验结果表明,该围岩控制技术能有效的控制巷道底板变形。
Through theoretical analysis, the mechanical model of displacement and bottom drum of two roadways under different coal and rock conditions was established. The deformation and failure characteristics of roadway floor under two different conditions of coal strength were simulated by numerical calculation software UDEC. The results show that: Body strength and the amount of the end drum inversely proportional relationship. On the basis of this, it is put forward that the control thought of strengthening the surrounding rock of the roadway bottom drum should be strengthened by strengthening the support of the two supporting coal roadways with two sets of displacement, and the field industrial test results show that the surrounding rock control technology can effectively control the floor of the roadway Deformation.
