以籼稻窄叶青8号(ZYQ)和粳稻京系17(JX)所衍生的F_2为材料,建立了由54个RFLP标记组成的连锁框架图。采用以侧连标记为基础的QTL区间作图法定位了影响水稻数量性状的11个QTL,它们涉及抽穗期(Dth1)、分蘖角(Ta1),每穗颖花数(Sn1、Sn2、Sn3)和颖花密度(Sdn1—Sdn6)。研究不仅为利用分子标记进行QTL作图提供了范例,同时也证实了QTL区间作图法可以发现位于两个侧连标记之间的QTL;在同一染色体上可存在影响同一数量性状的多个QTL;同类(或相关)性状在遗传上可能由同一类QTL(或多基因系统)所控制。
A linkage map consisting of 54 RFLP markers was constructed using F_2 derived from indica rice ZYQ8 and JX17. Eleven QTLs affecting rice quantitative traits were mapped using QTL mapping based on flanking markers. They involved the heading date (Dth1), tillering angle (Ta1), spikelet number per spike (Sn1, Sn2, Sn3) And spikelet density (Sdn1-Sdn6). This study not only provides an example for QTL mapping using molecular markers, but also confirms that QTL mapping between two flanking markers can be found by QTL mapping. Multiple QTLs affecting the same number of traits can exist on the same chromosome ; Similar (or related) traits may be genetically controlled by the same type of QTL (or polygenic system).
