金融改革当尊重领域最基础的理论和理念目前,金融改革正在加速。我们看到的是,在民营银行准入放开、推进利率和汇率市场化、多层次资本市场建设、衍生工具推出、IPO注册制改革、资本市场进一步开放等多个领域都给出了改革的时间表。为什么金融改革要从这些方面着手,这些改革如何实现资源的市场化配置,思路和路径并不十分清晰。事实上,如果不能对一些最基础的金融领域的理论和理念正本清源,改革的方向上恐怕会
Financial Reform When Respecting the Most Basic Theories and Concepts in the Field Financial reform is accelerating. What we see is that there are reforms in various fields such as the liberalization of access to private banks, the marketization of interest rates and exchange rates, the construction of a multi-level capital market, the introduction of derivatives, the reform of the IPO registration system and the further opening up of the capital market schedule. Why the financial reform should start from these aspects, how these reforms realize the market-oriented allocation of resources, ideas and paths are not very clear.
