以经食道心脏超声技术检测８０例成人肺静脉解剖学结构。在、右肺静脉共干入左房分别为６．３％和２．５％．共干肺静脉近左房段内径平均１４．７ｍｍ。余９１．２％分别检测到４条肺静脉，其近左房段内在平均９．９ｍｍ。共于肺静脉较单支者粗大，４条单支肺静脉内径均值无显著差异，肺静脉内径与性别无关，但依年龄或心功能级别增大而增粗并存在显著相关性。
Eighty adult pulmonary vein anatomical structures were detected by transesophageal echocardiography. At the right pulmonary vein, left atrial access was 6.3% and 2.5% respectively. Total dry pulmonary vein near the left atrium diameter of 14.7mm. More than 91.2% were detected in 4 pulmonary veins, the average length of the left atrium within 9.9mm. There were no significant differences in mean diameters of pulmonary vein between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the mean diameter of pulmonary vein between the four groups. The diameter of pulmonary vein was not related to gender, but was significantly correlated with age or cardiac function.
