Comrade Jiang Zemin, on behalf of the 15th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, made a report titled “Building a Well-off Society in an All-round Way and Creating a New Situation for the Cause of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics” at the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, demonstrating the magnificent ambitions of the Chinese Communists and portraying new Century China’s magnificent blueprint for development.
