盈科中心商务会所地处东三环西侧,毗邻三里屯,为典型的20世纪50年代的工业厂房,砖木结构、低矮、红砖青瓦,并已废弃多年,建筑质量较差景观用地较为局促。ECOLAND易兰充分考虑本案要做到商业环境与文化氛围的交融,既体现东三环作为北京高档办公区和商业区的优势,又呈现前卫文化的源头价值;保存原有的东西,成为项目改建过程中必须关注的因素,因而确定了“生态与重生”的主题。
