1996年我国立法工作的首件大事是八届全国人大四次会议于1996年3月17日通过了经全面修正的《刑事诉讼法》,出版界给予的积极响应使这类图书数量激增。香港、澳门回归日期的日益临近,使港澳法律图书再度成为新的出版“热点”。近20年丰富的法律实践使我国法学研究者越来越注重于对各种法律问题的深层次思考。反映在一般图书的出版上,是法律普及性读物的减少和法学专著的增多;反映在工具书的出版上。
The first major event in our country’s legislative work in 1996 was the adoption of the fully amended Criminal Procedure Law on March 17, 1996, at the Fourth Session of the Eighth National People’s Congress. The positive response given by the publishing industry has caused such a surge in the number of such books. Hong Kong and Macao approaching the date of return, so that Hong Kong and Macao law books once again become the new publication “hot spot ”. The rich legal practice in the past 20 years has made our law researchers pay more and more attention to deep thinking on various legal issues. Reflected in the publication of general books, is the law of universal readership reduction and the increase of legal monographs; reflected in the publication of reference books.
