近年来世界各国加强了对各种传染病的监测工作,特别是对那些急需控制和消灭的疾病以及通过扩大计划免疫工作(EPI)能够预防的传染病给予了很大的关注。WHO 又在不同的国家建立了各种传染病的合作研究中心,定期报告和反馈疫情信息,以及交换防治工作经验等来全面指导各国的监测工作。本文结合我国常见的几种传染病,将1993～1984年的国外疫情和研究动态作一概述。
In recent years, various countries in the world have stepped up their efforts in monitoring various infectious diseases, especially those diseases that are in urgent need of control and elimination, as well as infectious diseases that can be prevented by expanding EPI. WHO has also set up cooperative research centers for various infectious diseases in different countries, regularly reports and feeds back epidemic situation information, and exchanging experience in prevention and treatment to provide comprehensive guidance to countries in monitoring. Combined with several common infectious diseases in our country, this article summarizes the foreign epidemic situation and research trends from 1993 to 1984.
