子痫可发生在产前、产时及产后。产后子痫少见报道,发生于产后较长时间者更少。我院妇产科曾遇一例产后第九天发生的子痫,现报道如下。患者玉××,23岁,社员,初产妇。妊娠后期双下肢反复呈现水肿,不治自消,足月顺产。产后第七天开始尿量减少,伴有头晕、眼花、视物模糊等。在大队医疗站诊治,服中药,药名不详,症状反而加重。1978年5月13日上午8时突然感胸闷难忍,
