Presumably some people have heard of the economic case of a piglet game: a pig in a pigsty, a piglet, and a pedal on the edge of a pigsty. Each step, a small amount of food will be dropped away from the feeding port of the pedal. If piggy pedals, big pigs will eat all the food before the pigs go to the trough; if the big pigs pedal, then the small pigs have the opportunity to eat a little cold residue. So, what strategies would the two pigs adopt? The answer is that the piglet waits peacefully at the gutter, while the big pig tirelessly runs between the pedal and the trough. This is “Chi pig game ”. Well, in the workplace, it is inevitable that there will be a distinction between “big pig” and “little pig”, whether it is a hard big pig or a lazy pig. This is a question worth considering.
