目的研究老年冠心病、高血压、糖尿病患者心脏各起源部位室性早搏发生率的差异。方法选择12导联同步动态心电图检测的603例老年室性早搏患者,其中冠心病患者246例,高血压患者109例,糖尿病患者126例,无内分泌及心脑血管疾病的常规体检者(对照组)122例,计算不同起源部位室性早搏发生率,进行对比分析。结果冠心病组、高血压组、糖尿病组总左心室早搏发生率、左心室前壁及心尖部早搏发生率高于对照组(P<0.05),其中冠心病组左心室前壁早搏发生率高于其他各组(P<0.05);高血压组右心室心尖部早搏发生率高于其他各组(P<0.05);对照组右心室流出道和总右心室早搏发生率高于其他各组(P<0.05)。结论老年人室性早搏发生部位及发生率与所患慢性病有关。
Objective To study the difference of the incidence of ventricular premature beats in the heart of all senile patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty-three patients with senile ventricular premature beats, including 246 patients with coronary heart disease, 109 patients with hypertension, 126 patients with diabetes mellitus, and 120 normal controls without endocrine and cardiovascular diseases, were enrolled in this study. ) 122 cases, calculate the incidence of ventricular premature beats in different parts of origin, comparative analysis. Results The incidence of total premature left ventricular premature beats, the incidence of left ventricular anterior wall and apical premature beats in CHD group, hypertension group and diabetes mellitus group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The incidence of premature left anterior descending coronary artery disease was higher (P <0.05). The incidence of right ventricular apical premature beats in hypertension group was higher than that in other groups (P <0.05). The incidence of right ventricular outflow tract and total right ventricular premature beats in control group was higher than that in other groups P <0.05). Conclusion The incidence and prevalence of premature ventricular contractions in the elderly are related to the chronic diseases.
