In order to get a good output waveform when building a Marx generator (a kind of pulse high voltage generator), a high-current spark switch with high operating voltage, wide operating range and low inductance is needed in addition to the low-inductance capacitor. To this end we designed a three-electrode inflatable spark gap switch. Due to the switch some of the structure of a reasonable and unique set
