在人们的价值观日益多元化的背景下,加强政工工作具有特别重要的意义,而加强政工队伍的建设则成为当务之急。从当前来看,政工队伍建设存在着对此工作重视程度不够、政工队伍整体素质偏低、政工工作开展缺乏创新性等问题。这些问题的存在影响了政工工作的开展和作用的发挥,为了进一步推进政工队伍建设工作,就要在全社会营造重视政工队伍建设的氛围,加强政工队伍培训工作,激励政工队伍创造性地开展工作。
In the context of increasingly diversified people’s values, it is of special importance to strengthen the work of political work, and to strengthen the building of a contingent of political workers has become a top priority.
