本文通过对四川省眉山、绵阳、德阳、成都等地区的企业人力资本现状调查 ,发现存在以下问题 :( 1)低含量的人力资本多 ,高含量的人力资本少 ,且高素质人员流失严重 ;( 2 )企业人力资本积累能力低 ;( 3 )企业人力资本利用率低 ,浪费现象严重 ;( 4 )人力资本结构不合理。作者对其形成的原因进行了探讨并提出解决对策 :一是加大对教育的投资 ,卓有成效地开发利用人力资源 ;二是建立充分体现人力资本价值的、灵活有效的激励机制 ;三是建立和完善适应市场经济需要的人才流动机制 ,提高人力资本的使用效率 ;四是重视员工的个体成长和职业生涯设计
Based on a survey of the status quo of human capital in enterprises in Meishan, Mianyang, Deyang, Chengdu and other regions of Sichuan Province, this article finds the following problems: (1) There is a lot of human capital with a low content, a high content of human capital, and a serious loss of highly qualified personnel; (2) low ability to accumulate human capital in enterprises; (3) low utilization of human capital in enterprises and serious waste; (4) human capital structure is irrational.
