随着我国经济的突飞猛进,对会计人才的需求越来越大,在经历金融危机的大背景下,社会各企业对会计人才的需求逐渐发生着改变,并对高校培养会计人才提出了更高的要求。而如何为社会培养出合格的会计人才则成为会计专业教育工作者的一个重要研究课题。本文结合自身教学经验,从分析高校会计教育教学的现状出发,试图从会计教学内容、教学手段等方面找出优化高校会计教学质量的途径,并提出一些将社会、高校和教师自身相结合的多元化改革措施建议。
