公安院校担负着向公安机关培养、输送合格警察的重任 ,公安院校学生的素质直接影响公安机关的警察质量 ,影响公安工作的质量。新世纪的到来以及随之而来的新情况、新问题对公安教育提出了新的要求 ,教育模式、管理体制必须进行改革才能适应新要求 ,从而促进公安工作。
Public security colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of training and delivering qualified police officers to public security organs. The quality of students in public security colleges and universities directly affects the police quality of public security organs and the quality of public security work. The advent of the new century and the consequent new situation and new problems have put new demands on public security education. The education model and the management system must be reformed to meet the new requirements so as to promote public security work.
