雁塔区是全国著名的科教文化大区,辖区内有省级以上科研院(所)55家,各类专业技术人员13.8万人。近年来,雁塔检察院反贪部门查办科研院(所)职务犯罪案件15件15人,特别是08年查办了省国防科工委系统系列职务犯罪案件,立案8案10人,均系大案要案,在省国防科工委系统引起了极大震动。为有效遏制科研院(所)职务犯罪蔓延势头,本文结合我院查办职务犯罪案件的实际,剖析我区科研院(所)职务犯罪案件的特点、成因及预防对策。
Yanta District is a famous science and education culture area in the country with 55 provincial-level scientific research institutes (institutes) and 138,000 professional technicians. In recent years, the Anti-Corruption Department of Yanta Procuratorate has investigated and handled 15 cases of job-related crimes committed by scientific research institutes (or institutes), especially in 2008, investigating a total of 10 cases of duty crimes committed by the Department of Defense, The case, the provincial defense science and industry commission system caused great shock. In order to effectively curb the trend of the crime of occupational crime in scientific research institutes, this paper analyzes the characteristics, causes and preventive measures of duty crime case in our institute.
