目的 :深入了解肝损伤对机体血浆花生四烯酸代谢、一些激素代谢以及肝脏功能变化产生的影响。方法 :选用 30只健康、1月龄SD大鼠 ,通过腹腔注射CCl4 诱发肝损伤后 ,第 2、4、6、8周观察血浆前列腺素E2(PGE2 )、6 -酮 -前列腺素F1α(6 -keto -PGF1α)、血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、谷 -草转氨酶 (AST)、碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)、皮质醇、胰岛素、生长激素 (GH)、甲状腺素 (T4 )和三碘甲腺原氨酸 (T3)水平变化。结果 :在整个实验期 ,大鼠血浆PGE2 水平在CCl4 注射后的第 2周高于对照组 ,TBX2 比对照组高 ,但二者t检验无显著性。而 6 -keto -PGF1α与对照组相近 ;血浆AST和AKP活力分别极显著高于对照组 ;皮质醇和胰岛素于 2、6、8周显著高于对照组 ;GH、T3均于第 8周显著低于对照组。T4 则于第 4、6、8周显著低于对照组。结论 :肝损伤影响血中花生四烯酸代谢物水平和代谢 ;并导致血中几种代谢激素水平的异常变化
Objective: To understand the effects of liver injury on the metabolism of arachidonic acid, some hormone metabolism and the changes of liver function in the plasma. Methods: Thirty healthy, one - month - old SD rats were selected and their liver injury induced by intraperitoneal injection of CCl4 was observed. Plasma prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), 6 - keto - PGF1α -keto-PGF1α, TXB2, AST, AKP, cortisol, insulin, growth hormone (GH), thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3) levels change. Results: During the whole experiment period, plasma PGE2 level of rats was higher than that of the control group in the second week after CCl4 injection, and TBX2 was higher than the control group, but the t test was not significant. While 6-keto-PGF1α was similar to the control group. The activities of plasma AST and AKP in plasma were significantly higher than those in the control group. Cortisol and insulin were significantly higher at 2, 6 and 8 weeks than those in the control group. GH and T3 were significantly lower at the 8th week In the control group. T4 at 4,6,8 weeks significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: Liver injury affects the levels and metabolism of arachidonic acid metabolites in the blood and leads to abnormal changes of several metabolic hormone levels in the blood
