一、澜沧江水电资源得天独厚 澜沧江发源于青藏高原的唐古拉山东北坡,流经云南西部和西南部,出国后称湄公河。在我国境内长1612公里,其中云南境内1240公里,水能蕴藏量2550万千瓦。澜沧江干流利用落差1655米,总的装机容量2073万千瓦、保证出力958万千瓦,年发电量1088亿度。最优河段为中下游,八个梯级,总装机容量1370万千瓦、保证出力713.3万千瓦、年发电量708.6亿度。澜沧江中下游八个梯级主要指标见附表。
