文章对目前农业院校图书馆员综合素质的状况如:服务对象对图书馆员信息能力与素质、服务内容对图书馆员信息能力与素质、网络环境对图书馆员信息能力与素质等方面进行了分析,对在信息环境下能更好的适应信息环境对图书馆员能力与素质的要求,从三个方面对提高图书馆员专业素质与信息能力培养的对策进行了阐述。
