景区公示语应该具有简洁性、归约性、标准性和沿袭性等特点。然而,由于种种原因,在景区公示语翻译过程中出现了很多不规范的想象。本文列举大量实例,对比展示景区公示语英译的范本和不规范现象,深入分析景区公示语的本质特性,指出公示语英译的范围,以推进进去形象的提升,促进国际交流健康发展。
Scenic publicity language should be concise, reduction, standard and follow the characteristics. However, due to various reasons, a lot of non-standard imaginations appear in the translation process of scenic public signs. In this paper, a large number of examples are listed to compare and contrast the model and nonstandard phenomenon of the English version of scenic area public signs. The essential characteristics of local public signs are analyzed in detail. The scope of English translation of public signs is pointed out to enhance the image promotion and promote the healthy development of international exchanges.
