随着地勘部门改革的进一步深入，地勘单位的组织及管理应适应企业成长的需要进行改革和创新。除了在管理流程、信息系统方面建立完善的传导机制外，还要建立良好财会管理机制，建立与改革相适应的、并能为改革之服务的财务会计管理模式，保障地勘企业安全平稳的过渡并健康稳定的发展。
