采用“直接法”合成的具有不同硅铝比的ZSM-5分子筛为催化剂,用脉冲微反-毛细管色谱方法研究其经H~+及金属离子改性后对碳数不同的正构烷烃裂化的性能。用红外光谱(IR)和程序升温脱附(TPD)考察了催化剂的酸性随硅铝比变化规律,并将这些规律与实验结果关联起来进行了讨论.
ZSM-5 molecular sieve with different Si / Al ratios synthesized by “direct method” was used as catalyst to study the cracking of n-alkanes with different carbon number after H ~ + and metal ions modification by pulse micro- performance. The change of acidity with the ratio of Si / Al was investigated by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and temperature programmed desorption (TPD). The relationship between these factors and the experimental results was also discussed.
