对新型的分户热计量采暖系统的技术设计进行了定量和定性的多方案对比，提出了最佳的系统模式。为如何根据热表记录数值对各住户进行合理收费提出了一个科学可行的计算方法。
The quantitative and qualitative multi-scheme comparison of the technical design of the new household heat metering heating system was put forward, and the best system mode was put forward. A scientific and feasible calculation method is proposed for how to charge each household according to the value of heat meter.
