钢渣是炼钢过程最主要的固体废弃物,其排放量逐年增加。综述了目前国内外钢渣资源化利用方式,特别关注了钢渣循环利用技术的进展。在此基础上,提出了一种改质结合熔融还原钢渣循环利用工艺构想,旨在同时回收钢渣中Fe和P,并将处理后的钢渣返回到炼钢工序中继续使用,同时生成的低品位高碳磷铁可作为合金用于炼钢生产。钢渣利用方式要适应低碳经济的要求,严格控制钢铁冶金过程固体废弃物排放量,尽可能采取廉价、可行的操作方式处理钢渣,并实现效益的最大化。
Steel slag is the most important solid waste in the steelmaking process, and its emissions are increasing year by year. The utilization of steel slag at home and abroad is summarized, with particular attention paid to the progress of steel slag recycling technology. On the basis of this, a conception of recycle combined with molten steel slag recycling was put forward, aiming to recover Fe and P in steel slag at the same time and return the treated steel slag to continue use in steel making process, High-carbon ferro-phosphorus can be used as an alloy for steelmaking. Steel slag utilization should adapt to the requirements of low-carbon economy, strictly control the solid waste discharge in the iron and steel metallurgy process, treat the steel slag as cheap and feasible as possible and maximize the benefits.
