介绍了目前残疾读者利用图书馆的现状,在阐述残疾读者平等利用图书馆的意义的基础上,从服务环境、服务设施、服务手段等方面提出了图书馆为残疾读者服务的具体措施。
This paper introduces the current situation of the disabled readers using the library. On the basis of expounding the significance of the disabled readers’ equal use of the library, this article brings forward the concrete measures that the library serves the disabled readers from the service environment, service facilities and service means.
