本文对86例老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者实施优质护理干预,取得不错的效果,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料选取2016年1~12月本院收治的86例老年慢性肺心病合并心衰患者作为研究对象,根据随机原则分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例,对照组:男28例,女15例;年龄60~80岁,平均(65.84±3.31)岁;观察组:男27例,女16例;年龄60~80岁,平均(65.86±3.32)岁。两组年龄、性别等一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
In this paper, 86 elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale heart failure with quality nursing intervention, achieved good results, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data selected 86 cases of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from January to December 2016 as the research object, divided into control group and observation group according to the random principle, 43 cases in each group, Group: 28 males and 15 females; aged from 60 to 80 years old, with an average of (65.84 ± 3.31) years. The observation group consisted of 27 males and 16 females with a mean age of (65.86 ± 3.32) years old ranging from 60 to 80 years. Two groups of age, gender and other general information, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).
