目的掌握重庆江北国际机场鼠形动物本底情况,为流行病学相关工作提供依据。方法通过鼠夹法和鼠笼法捕获鼠形动物,对其进行种类鉴定,分析其种群数量结构及年度不同时段的数量动态。结果 2013年5月至2014年6月期间,捕获7种不同类型的鼠型动物共30只,分别为大足鼠10只,黄胸鼠9只,拟家鼠2只,屋顶鼠3只,四川短尾鼩2只,小家鼠和四川短尾鼠各1只,平均密度为0.17%,鼠群中以大足鼠为优势种,种群构成约占36.6%,其次为黄胸鼠,占30.0%。江北国际机场鼠形动物种群密度随季节消长,高峰出现在夏秋季的8-10月,低谷出现在冬季的12月-次年1月。鼠密度最高出现在6月为0.50%,最低出现在12月为0。各区的鼠密度分别为机场客货运区0.36%、职能生活区0.29%和辅助设施区0.017%。结论本次调查为有害生物防控提供了技术指导,为加强空港口岸媒介生物的防控提供了数据支撑。
Objective To grasp the background of rat-like animal in Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport and provide the basis for epidemiological related work. Methods The mouse-shaped animals were captured by the mouse-clamp method and the squirrel-cage method, and their species were identified. The quantity and structure of the populations and the quantitative dynamics at different periods of the year were analyzed. Results During the period from May 2013 to June 2014, 30 animals of 7 different types were captured, including 10 large-footed rats, 9 yellow-throated rats, 2 domesticated rats and 3 roofed rats. 2 short-tailed hamster, 1 small rat and 4 short-tailed hamsters, respectively. The average density was 0.17%. The dominant species was Dazu-rat, which accounted for 36.6%, followed by Rattus flavipectus, accounting for 30.0% . The population density of rats in Jiangbei International Airport fluctuates with the seasons, the peak appears in summer and autumn from August to October, and the low appears in winter from December to January. The highest rat density occurred at 0.50% in June and the lowest appeared at 0 in December. The rodent densities in each district were 0.36% for the airport passenger and cargo area, 0.29% for the functional living area and 0.017% for the auxiliary facilities respectively. Conclusion The survey provided technical guidance for pest control and provided data support for strengthening the prevention and control of vector organisms at airport ports.
