目的:研究乙型肝炎病毒标志物(HBV-M)与原发性肝细胞癌(PHC)间的关系。方法:采用回顾性方法分析了1995-2000年某医院PHC患者249例的HBV-M、HBVDNA、AFP及肝功能等指标,并检测其癌组织和癌旁组织中HBsAg和HBcAg的表达水平。结果:血清中HBV-M阳性率为81.5%,HBVDNA阳性率47.0%;HBV-M阳性的PHC患者发病年龄多为31~50岁;以HBsAg、HBeAb和HBcAb阳性多见;癌组织中HBsAg和HBcAg表达率分别为35.7%和12.1%,癌旁组织中分别为66.3%和30.5%。结论:HBVDNA与癌组织中HBsAg和HBcAg表达关系密切,乙型肝炎病毒感染影响PHC的发生与发展。
Objective: To study the relationship between hepatitis B virus (HBV) M and primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC). Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 249 cases of HBV-M, HBVDNA, AFP and liver function in PHC patients from 1995 to 2000 in a hospital and detected the expression of HBsAg and HBcAg in their cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. Results: The positive rate of HBV-M in serum was 81.5% and the positive rate of HBVDNA was 47.0%. The onset age of PHC patients with HBV-M positive was mostly 31 to 50 years old. The positive rates of HBsAg, HBeAb and HBcAb were more common in cancerous tissues The expression rates of HBcAg were 35.7% and 12.1%, respectively, and they were 66.3% and 30.5% respectively. Conclusion: HBVDNA is closely related to the expression of HBsAg and HBcAg in cancer tissues. Hepatitis B virus infection affects the occurrence and development of PHC.
