根据马克思主义认识论一般与特殊的原理 ,按劳分配可区分为按劳分配一般与按劳分配特殊 ,按劳分配特殊可区分为产品经济型按劳分配模式与市场经济型按劳分配模式。在此基础上 ,概括分析按劳分配的“劳”和按劳分配的定义 ,深入研究市场经济型按劳分配模式与社会主义市场经济的关系 ,认为两者实现和运行的条件相同 ,体现的关系相同 ,发挥作用的经济规律相同 ,实现和运行的结果相同 ,因此 ,市场经济型按劳分配模式与社会主义市场经济完全一致 ,相互统一。
