汕尾市劳动局为了把流动人员劳动就业的管理规范到我省流动人员劳动就业管理条例上来,为流动人员提供更好的劳动就业管理服务,积极贯彻《广东省流动人员劳动就业管理条例》。自从条例颁布后,汕尾市劳动局立即组织学习,及时传达流动人员就业管理的方针政策,力求使大家在认识上达到“两个明确”:一是明确条例在劳动制度改革中的地位与作用;二是明确条例中规定的要加强用工管理。接着劳动局在流动人员较聚集的工业区开展咨询活动,统一组织了条例咨询日、条例宣传周等宣
