系统研究了Custom 465钢510℃时效析出相及相关的位向关系,结果表明:Ni3Ti是钢的主要时效析出相,析出相为杆状,杆的长度方向与马氏体基体的[111]M方向一致;(011)M//(0001)Ni3Ti、[111]M//[1120]Ni3Ti是马氏体和Ni3Ti金属间化合物确切的位向关系,这种位向关系使Ni3Ti在马氏体基体内出现12种可能的亚型。
The results show that Ni3Ti is the main precipitated phase of the steel and the precipitated phase is rod-shaped. The length direction of the rod and the [111] M (011) M // (0001) Ni3Ti, [111] M // [1120] Ni3Ti is the exact orientation relationship between martensite and Ni3Ti intermetallic compounds.
