在水土保持重点流域治理中,图件有着极其重要的作用。水土保持现状图、规划图、沟系分布图、实施措施分布图等,是水土保持重点流域规划、治理运行管理的基本系列图件,而这些单项图件都要经过调绘、转绘、描图、晒图、润色等多道工序才能提交图件成果。制图工序多及单项图件制图的重复,常耗费大量的人力、物力和宝贵时间,不仅会因出图不及时而延误工期,而且制出图件的应用效果不佳。
