采用聚合酶链式反应——单链构象多态性溴乙锭染色法,分别检测43例卵巢肿瘤p53基因外显子5-8。结果显示:卵巢癌p53基因改变率高于良性肿瘤(P<0.05),p53基因改变见于交界性瘤及Ⅰ-Ⅳ期卵巢癌。提示p53基因改变与卵巢癌的发生密切相关;它可能参与卵巢癌变的机制,同时可发生在卵巢癌的早期,并对其发展过程中起作用。
Polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism ethidium bromide staining was used to detect p53 gene exon 5-8 in 43 cases of ovarian tumors. The results showed that the rate of p53 gene mutation in ovarian cancer was higher than that in benign tumor (P <0.05), p53 gene was found in borderline tumor and stage Ⅰ-Ⅳ ovarian cancer. It is suggested that the p53 gene mutation is closely related to the occurrence of ovarian cancer. It may be involved in the mechanism of ovarian cancer and may occur in the early stage of ovarian cancer and play a role in its development.
