近年来,东北工学院陆钟武教授等在研究火焰炉热工行为的过程中,采用了解析法和经验法,并在经验法研究的基础上,对一些生产性炉子进行了分析研究。为向广大读者系统地介绍这一研究成果,本刊请东北工学院杨宗山教授开设了本“火焰炉热工特性”讲座。 本讲座约4万字,作者根据火焰炉沿炉长方向上供热量分配是否变化,分二大节研究了沿炉长方向上供热量不变(一类)和可变(二类)两种情况下的火焰炉的热工特性。此处一类和二类是编者加的,目的是便于称呼安排讲座。 本讲座分4讲9次讲完,具体安排如下: 第一讲 火焰炉热工特性概述 第二讲 一类火焰炉热工特性的解析法研究(上、下) 第三讲 一类火焰炉热工特性的经验法研究(上、中、下) 第四讲 二类火焰炉热工特性的研究(上、中、下)
In recent years, Professor Lv Zhongwu of Northeast Institute of Technology in the study of the thermal behavior of the flame furnace, the use of analytic and empirical methods, and empirical method based on the analysis of some of the production furnace. To systematically introduce the research results to readers, this publication invited Prof. Yang Zongshan from Northeast Institute of Technology to give a lecture entitled “Thermal Characteristics of Flame Furnaces”. This lecture is about 40,000 words. According to whether the heat distribution along the length of the furnace is changing, the author has studied the heat supply (type I) and variable type II The thermal characteristics of the flame furnace. The first and second category here are editors plus, the purpose is to facilitate the address arrangements for lectures.
