在 Al-Cu 合金中加入一定量的稀土元素(RE),同时适当地增加铜的含量,使基体保持过饱和状态,在晶界又形成网络状的金属间化合物,该化合物具有较高的熔点,可以提高合金高温下抵抗滑移变形的能力,从而改善合金的高温性能。本文用金属物理常用的方法研究了 Al-Cu 系合金中相的性质、分布、大小、主要相含量及不同 RE 含量对铸造合金显微组织的影响。
In the Al-Cu alloy by adding a certain amount of rare earth elements (RE), while appropriately increasing the copper content of the substrate to maintain supersaturation in the grain boundary and network-like intermetallic compounds, the compound has a higher melting point , Can improve the ability of the alloy to resist the slipping deformation under high temperature so as to improve the high temperature performance of the alloy. In this paper, the influence of the properties, distribution, size, main phase content and RE content on the microstructure of the cast alloy has been studied by the common method of metal physics.
