自1981年以来,我院应用膀胱粘膜尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂19例,2例结合Devine法将尿道口修复至阴茎头正常位置,效果满意。其中先天性尿道下裂19例,尿道狭窄切除术后1例。年龄最小2.5岁,最大22岁,平均13.1岁。其中15岁以下10例(52.6％)。尿道下裂阴茎型7例(36.8％),阴茎阴囊型8例(42.1％),会阴型4例(21％)。阴茎下曲矫正术后4例。按出院时情况评价疗效。第一次手术成功16例,成功率84.2％。失败3例中,2例尿道吻合口处尿道瘘,术后8个月再次手术成功1例;另1例瘘口很小,未再修补,自行愈合;尿道外口狭窄1例,经尿道扩张解除。
Since 1981, 19 cases of hypospadias were treated with bladder mucosal urethroplasty in our hospital. Two cases were treated with Devine method to repair the urethral orifice to the normal position of the glans penis, the results were satisfactory.
