对于直面消费者的零售终端而言,自胶囊铬超标事件被央视曝光至今,不断发酵的事件使得他们必须面对产品下架及处理、销量下滑等负面因素,同时还得加强对消费者的教育和引导,使他们重建对于所售产品的信心。对于这些问题,身处一线的店长、店员以及驻店药师的态度是怎样的呢?为了切实了解这些方面的情况,《中国药店》对全国主要大中城市的药店工作人员进行了问卷调查。
