犯罪生成有无固定模式?至今理论界尚未定论。在借鉴现有犯罪学研究成果的基础上,笔者提出并论证了犯罪化学反应方程式理论,该方程式能够较为充分地反映犯罪行为的生成情况,是犯罪生成的一种可能模式。
There is no fixed pattern of crime generation? The theoretical circle has not yet been conclusive. Based on the research results of criminology, the author puts forward and demonstrates the theory of criminal chemical reaction equation, which can reflect the formation of criminal behavior more fully and is a possible mode of crime generation.
