本文通过对河南省的县及城市医院１９９０年至１９９４年５年间反映经济效益的一些主要指标进行对比分析，发现几年来医院的经济收入稳步增长；药品收入的增长速度得到有效控制，而各种仪器检查及实验室检查的收入增长速度较快；人均住院医疗费用和门诊次均费用高于居民收入的增长比例，而医用商品价格增长过猛，导致医疗成本的增加。针对这些现象笔者进行了分析，并提出了进行总量控制，调整结构的建议。
This article compares and analyzes some key indicators of economic returns reflected in counties and urban hospitals in Henan Province from 1990 to 1994. It is found that the hospital’s economic income has increased steadily over the past few years; the growth rate of drug income has been effectively controlled, and various The income from instrument inspections and laboratory tests has increased at a faster rate; per capita inpatient medical expenses and outpatient expenses are higher than the growth rate of residents’ income, while the increase in medical product prices has led to an increase in medical costs. The author has analyzed these phenomena and proposed suggestions for controlling the total amount and adjusting the structure.
