碳交易从确定试点至今已经过五年,虽然全国统一碳市场尚未启动,但其热度仍未褪去,伴随资本的想象空间打开,将带动一轮新的交易热潮。值得关注的是,中美等国将于今日在联合国签署《巴黎协定》,习近平主席特使张高丽将出席签署仪式。《巴黎协议》经196个国家的谈判通过,是继《京都议定书》之后的最重要的国际应对气候变化的国际协议,也是真正意义上的全球协议。
