目的掌握福建省医疗机构消毒质量现状,提高消毒质量和感染管理水平,减少院感的发生。方法按《2015年福建省消毒与病媒生物监测项目管理方案》及《2015年福建省医院消毒质量监测方案》要求,对医疗机构进行现场采样监测,按现行相关标准及检测规范判定。结果 2015年全省21家CDC(监测单位)开展医院消毒监测共59家次,监测样品2 268份,合格2 178份,检测总合格率为96.0%。各级医院消毒质量合格率差异无统计学意义。监测项目中,污水合格率最低(66.7%),三级医院的内镜合格率(95.7%)高于二级医院(82.4%),其他项目合格率均>90%。结论应加强院感管理,改进消毒措施,提高消毒质量;加强消毒监测和技术指导,有效防控院感的发生。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Fujian Province, improve the quality of disinfection and infection management, and reduce the occurrence of nocturnal senility. Methods According to the requirements of “Management Plan of Disinfection and Vibes Monitoring Project in Fujian Province in 2015” and “Monitoring Scheme of Disinfection Quality in Fujian Provincial Hospital in 2015”, the medical institutions were sampled and monitored on site, according to the relevant standards and testing standards. Results In 2015, 21 CDC (monitoring units) in the province carried out hospital disinfection monitoring for a total of 59 times with 2 268 monitoring samples passing 2 178 samples with a total passing rate of 96.0%. There was no significant difference in passing rate of disinfection quality at all levels of hospitals. In the monitoring project, the qualified rate of wastewater is the lowest (66.7%), the qualified rate of endoscopic examination in tertiary hospitals (95.7%) is higher than that of secondary hospitals (82.4%), and the passing rate of other projects is> 90%. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the hospital management, improve disinfection measures, improve the quality of disinfection; strengthen disinfection monitoring and technical guidance, effectively prevent the occurrence of hospital feeling.
