专家审稿(peer-review)是科技期刊编辑出版过程中的重要环节之一,是评价论文科学性的重要手段,是维护和提高科技期刊学术质量的重要保证。为了较好地解决这一问题,我们建议,科技期刊应采用“双匿名审稿”(dou-ble-anonymous peer-review DAPR)。
Peer-review is one of the important links in the editing and publishing of sci-tech periodicals. It is an important means to evaluate the scientificalness of theses and is an important guarantee to maintain and improve the academic quality of sci-tech periodicals. In order to solve this problem well, we suggest that dou-ble-anonymous peer-review DAPR should be used in scientific journals.
